I don't have any pics but it is rather easy to remove.

1) remove fairing
2) remove instrument cluster
3) open clips for wiring harness (one on each side)
4) remove the 2(two) bolts holding it on

and that is all there is to it

Kicking it would probably work too, but probably isn't as fun.
