Cyko wheels - nightmare!!!
Well, I have not been on here for a while due to being busy, but I thought I should post up a pic of my bike with my wheels fitted, seeing as a few of you guys helped me put when things got ugly with Cyko Racing. Last year. Here is the thread:

It looks like Cyko Racing went bust and closed down. I did get both my wheels in the end, but no spacers and my brake rotors didn't fit. I decided that I would do the work to fit them as they had cost soooo much. I had a friend make up the spacers for me, and I had some brake rotors custom made to suit. The bolt pattern on the front wheel was GSXR1000, and the rear wheel was R1. No wonder my brakes didn't fit like they were supposed to.
I also had to replace all the bearings, as the ones supplied were Chinese rubbish. I have never seen bearings so bad!!!!! And the hubs were too wide on the front wheel and had to be machined down to proved enough clearance on the fork legs.
In the end it was nightmare, and I wish I had never paid for them, but these things happen I guess. Thank-you to the guys on this forum that gave me some info about the company that I did not know. Cheers guys.
Here are a couple of pics of them fitted.

As for the cost, it was not good. But I had paid for the wheels and they were here so I had no option but to keep going. If I left them in the boxes it was a complete loss, at least by paying the extra I could fit them.
As for the extra cost, it was about 50% above the cost of the wheels. I had to buy all new bearings as the chinese one's supplied were complete rubbish, and there was a lot of work in making all the spacers and machining the hubs, but I got a friend to do that for me. I bought him some braided lines for his VTR for his work.
The main cost was having to get new brake rotors made up. I got them at a good price I think considering they are custom made, but even still they were not cheap.
And now it is all over, they do look good for sure, and the handling of the bike is improved as well. It changes direction better now.
And of course some bling is always good.
