Have attempted to post pics before but it always says the pic file size is too much, more than 90-some kb. Any help here on how to format pictures for display ?

 

I use MS Paint to resize my pictures. Go to "Image" and then "Stretch/Skew." Then use the percentage value to reduce the size of your image.

I used to use PS for this, but I've long since lost the software. Been too lazy to install it.

 

Or if you have Photoshop, Save As... and then the program will allow you to choose the resolution, and ultimately the size, of the file. If you want you can send them to me via email and I'll resize them for ya'. It only takes a minute.
