T-rex Sliders

Anyone looking for T-rex no-cut sliders, they've been out of stock for a while and I've been emailing with someone at T-rex racing and he let me know that the shawk sliders are in. They're up at:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda...spagenameZWDVW

(If you care, I have no affiliation with T-rex)

where exactly do you screw these into i have an idea but not exactly sure. I was looking at some ones on ebay just a one peice kinda thing to screw right into the bike. Dont need the bracket because my fairings are off for a while atleast. Just wondering where i would screw it directly into??

According to the directions I got, the T-rex bracket goes on the center engine hanger bolt. You get a replacement and use that instead of the stock bolt. Then the actual slider bolts onto the bracket. If you didn't know, the engine hanger bolts have specific torque values they are supposed to be tightened to. The bracket basically moves the slider a little so you don't have to cut fairing.
I don't have any experience with other sliders so I dont' know how others attach or if the others on ebay will work for you or not...

8541Hawk will become famous soon enough
As for me I would rather have some rashed plastic than a bent frame..... and yes frame sliders have been known to bend frames.... but YMMV
