They both look to be about the same construction wise so it will all boil down to preference. its an alum. block with a bolt through it, fairly simple. I like the superdutyd ones better looking at them (and thanks for that link, those will be the ones I end up getting now, I was going to go with a new set of honda auto's and replace them every 30K because I was worried about them backing off) because you can safty wire them for added protection and track duty. Plus they are made by a forum member and I like to support friends and small businesses over the big guys when I can because I own a shop of my own and know how hard it can be without the support of the people around you

When I decided to replace my auto's w/manual's, I ended up with a extra set of new unused Krieger's, w/gaskets. There is nothing wrong with them I just decided to go a different route.
