Wiring question - 98 Hawk

Okay, so I bought the flushmounts and am ordering the leds for the flushmount III's, but the wiring isn't long enough. I am not electrically inclined too much so I ask the skilled here.

16 - 18 - 20 guage wire? and where can I get the snap clips that are already on them so I can just add another foot of wire to the connection?

Where is the wiring not long enough? I had no such issues with Lockhart Phillips FlushMount IIIs.

edit: There is about 5-6" on the lights, that's plenty.. The wiring harness from the bike is long enough to reach down to them, you might have to free it up somewhat is all.

any of those gauges will be fine, 20 might be cutting it close but will 100% work

I have never had any issues with the turn signal leads being too short. Are you putting them in the stock location?

I am trying to rig them to fit into the stock locations, I will try and pull on the existing wire and then figure out which is turn signal and which is solid signal.
