Titanium headers

For those of you that had Ti headers, was the ID larger or smaller than stock?
Were the tubes all one mandrel bend or were they made of smaller bends welded together (pie wedges)
Does anyone have the actual dimensions of the ID?
Was there any noticible power gains to the Ti header?

I don't think any company has made Ti headers for the VTR. Even the Mori stuff was SS pipe with a Ti can (I think).

I was bidding on a set of Titanium headers on Ebay. Lost out, but at least that says someone made them.

I saw that auction... I think it was actually relisted, as it sold for like 1200 the first time !!! Then I noticed it was relisted 5 days later and sold for like 300... gone after that.

I got a exquisitely light titanium header system from ebay, but frustratingly they wouldn't align by an inch or so with the link pipes so regrettably I returned them. No idea who originally made them

However Akrapovic do a Titanium system

Arrow makes a set for the VTR1000 SP1.. AKA RC51. That is the the only thing I have seen like that on ebay. And all that comes up in completed auction searches

the ones in the ebay auction were akros and almost sure they were stainless. i think the listing was wrong. akros have stainless headers with ti or carbon cans. moriwaki have ti headers and k-factory as well.

umm another superhawk or a full ti system??? decisions.....

dont know any company in europe except Akrapovicmaking TI headers for the VTR F, but here is a nice stainless set from ebay: 130282688743
Maybe this company can offer custom diameters and shapes, give them a call or send a email. At least they offer for a reasonable price....
