Currently running on Pirelli diablo Strada's , the rear is almost done, can i go with a 190/50ZR17 on the rear? Pros & Cons? and does it matter tht i put on a different brand and tread @ rear ...looking at 190/50ZR17 Metzler Sportec M3....?

190/50 not recommended, do a search, plenty of info...

 

And generally speaking, mixing different tires front and rear is a no-no.

 

+1 on the search thing. 190 is a bad idea, it will fit on the 5.5" rim but 180 makes the bike turn much better.
