front tire size question

front tire size question

the front tire on my hawk now is a 120/70 17,i have a new bridgestone front tire here that is a 120/65 17.would it be ok to put this tire on?is there much difference in size to hurt things on the front?

I had a 60 on my front when I first got the bike. I noticed it felt a bit lighter and more responsive with the 70 front tire, but I don't know whether that was because of the extra height or because they were pilot powers vs. stock dunlops.
