i found a capacitor jurking around the dashboard

 

I fixed the problem
I found where the capacitor came from and put another one. The hard thing was that the old capacitor has the writings on it waped out fron jurkind in the dashboard so i had to guess what capacitor to instal. I made a guess an it worked - i put 47mF 60v capacitor.
