New Chain and Sprocket

So i was looking for suggestions for a new chain and sprockets for my super hawk she is pretty much down for the season now and i am looking at making this change for the spring. Was thinking about doing a red chain on it, red bike? this is what i found so far good bad or indifferent?

520 Conversion Kit - Superlite RS7 Steel Sprocket Set

Also what will changing the number of teeth on the sprockets gain me? Right now the bike has plenty of power and top speed for me!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have a search for sprocket threads as this has been discussed many times.

Personally I would just slap in a decent heavy duty X-ring 530 chain and use an auto scottoiler and ride....

Ok so for my options what would be the best? I think i want to change to the 520 so i don't have to put the oiler on. Would 16 43 take first gear out of use? I also think i need to get a speedo healer as well. Any good recommendations out there???

Out of the choices listed I would run 16\43, which is as low of a final drive ratio that I would run on a SH.

Stock is 16\41.
With a 15 front you can run a 41 and be close to the same as 16\43.

My opinion on lower final drive than that is fairly well known.

The rule of thumb has always been to use as tall a C/S sprocket as you can pull and fine tune the gearing with the drive sprocket. Honda's are always slightly under geared on top giving them a slight overdrive in 6th, going to a 43 tooth just corrects that.
