reg/rec question
This is probably gonna be the dumbest question on here, but....if you bought a Superhawk with no knowledge of it's history, how could you tell if the reg/rec are original? What distinquishes the R1 part? Is there an aftermarket name to look for? Thanks. Sheldon

It's very, very difficult to figure out this on your own isn't it?
If you know that it's common to have the R/R replaced by a R1 unit, you have obviously skimmed a few threads, so skimming a few more for the images seems like a herkulean effort...
Yeah, you get the sarcasm free with the advice... But unfortunately for you it comes as a package deal... If you want just one or the other, find it by using search...
