Manual question?

I just went on Ebay and both the service manual and the Haynes manual were on auction and about to end. I instantly bid on them and won. After it ended I realized the manual was for 1998 & 1999, and the Haynes was for 1997 - 2000. My bike is an 02. I really don't do any major repairs to my own bike, just basic stuff. Are there major differences in the previous years to my year bike or should these manuals be fine for me?

If it's no serious mechanical/electrical questions the differences aren't that many.

If you have any questions refer to service manual and it covers all years.

You can find it as a free PDF here on the knowledge base and use it to double check everything.

The only real difference is that the gauge cluster will be different. I'm not even sure that it is covered in depth in the manual anyway. Mechanically, any SuperHawk manual will do you just fine.

I actually did like it and I've been looking through it quite a bit. I just like having the manual in print especially if I'm tinkering on the bike out in my garage. Thanks for the link.
