headlight issues
I got to do some troubleshooting yesterday that was quite fun. My buddy has an f3 that had a headlight that would not turn on. I tore the bike a part to get to the wiring harness after seeing a good fuse and that power was getting to it ( because he didn't have a wiring diagram for it). To find out where the wiring went. Eventually found that the power wire prior to the hi/lo beam switch, had broken off of the starter sw. I never took notice before but when you start the bike the light turns off to get more out of the battery for starting. Feels pretty good to actually figure something out for once. Just thought that I would share the experience with you guys.

Overall, the Superhawk is a pretty straight-forward bike to work on. Congrats on your success!
As your successes increase so will the size of your toolbox. Get with some good shop habits while your young and practice them everytime you're in the shop. Owning a tool is only as good as being able to find it.
