Full throttle hesitation

Bike sat for ~2-1/2 weeks, ran fine before but now is very rough (feels like a cylinder cutting out) at full throttle from 4200rpm all the way to redline. If I back off to 3/4 throttle or less problem seems to go away. Idle and part throttle running is fine.
There were no changes to the bike, just the down time. Bike is dynojetted - don't know settings, set up by PO, OEM filter, micron slip ons, depaired with block off plates. Plugs have been in for 1 year maybe 5000 miles.
I put in 1/2 can of seafoam and have ridden it about 100 miles in this condition. Does not seem to be improving at all.
I'm guessing I'll have to pull the carbs this weekend - this will be my first time on the SHawk and I'm a bit nervous. My only carb experience in on the Mikunis on my boat and jet skis. I'm thinking that one of the main jets might be clogged. I'm not looking to change anything at this point (needle clip, etc) as the tune was great previously, just need to fix whatever changed.

Am I on the right track? Should I try something else?

Well it is pretty hard to clog up a main jet on these bikes as they are rather large. You might want to try draining the tank and filling it with fresh fuel first to see if that makes any difference before you pull the carbs.

Today and tommorow back and forth to work will take care of the gas - 45 miles each way. I could pick up another set of plugs and install them pretty quickly too.

This is annoying as I just picked up a +4 advancer and Dr Honda delivered my billet intakes. Can't make any changes till I get her back to where she was...

Okay, since I screwed up the water pump I never finished this thread. Attached is the reason for the hesitation...
damn mice had made a nest over the filter.
Needless to say it ran just fine after I cleaned the crap out.
