Fuel light help

Fuel light help

So I'm setting up the bike for semi track anD removed the gauge to install a GPS Speedo and some indactaor lights oil, stand, headlight gas, and for street use blinkers, I can not find out how to wire in a separate led light to just come On when low on gas can anyone help, search for me was useless probably user error.

Look in the Knowledge Base here. There is a downloadable manual. Inside the manual (almost at the end), there is a wiring diagram. Very easy to read.


EDIT: While looking for the color diagram, I found this one. However, note that it is for bikes made '00-'05. Not sure what year your bike is.

first of all I found out my gas light doesnt work the hard way 2 days after I bought it in 2006... still havent fixed it...

second of all, IMHO I would rather have a tach then a speedo on the track... I care more about what my engine is doing and where my power band is then how fast I'm going...
