front fork rebuild

Hey Guys,
Now that there is snow on the ground I am planning on tearing the front end of my bike apart & rebuilding the front forks. I am planning on replacing all the "wear" items as my bike is pushing the 50,000 mile mark. Other than seals, bushings & orings what should be replaced?

Thanks

The springs and the valves, if they haven't been set up for your weight. Other than that, try to pick up a fork brace and you're all set.

and you left changing the fork oil off your list......

I can't re-use the fork oil?
