It is very straight forward. The old comes off and the pack he gives you goes on. His servise is excellent and his knowledge is even better, PM me your email and I can get you my photos from my job. I have a F4 shock in the mail from Jammie and I can't wait to put it on!

And while I'm far, far less experienced than Jamie, I have taken apart my own forks on more than one occasion, and put them back together...

Shoot me an email or PM if you are in the southern part of Sweden, and want some help...
