Footpeg Feelers

I'm not sure if that is the exact name for them or not. Does anyone know where I can find replacements? I broke off the one on the right side on the way to work this morning. That's right, broke it off. It snapped flush with the hole in the peg, so now I have to drill it out. That part will be easy, but I need a new one. I like having them because they remind me to slow down or shift more body weight. I call them "hey stupid sticks".

I tried searching online but had no luck. Anybody who has a link, or any suggestion at all, would be a big help.

Yep... take 'em off... not necessary... the pegs will scrape (but it's not likely) & the spring will flex them upward.

I guess I've just always thought they would keep me from scraping expensive parts or running out of tire.

Nope.., stock pegs are not easy to touch, and when they do, they hit first and you still have tire left....not much but enough. I always start scraping off the outer edges of my boots before the actual peg touches. I use that as "my fun feeler"......touch boots?...FUN!
