DO you need just the peg or the whole rear-set? I might have a peg, let me know and I'll check it out.

I just found one but I can't remember if I broke the left one or the right one. I'll try to look at a parts sheet and see if I can figure it out, it's been a long time since I've had the stock rearsets on. If you know how to tell which is L and which is R let me know, or post a pic.

Ditch the ugly stock stuff....
What you really need is a beautiful set of Gilles Tooling Rear Sets !
(shameless plug for my rearsets for sale here)

the way to tell is by the way the angle is facing where the peg mounts to the rear set
here is a little diagram

on both sides of the bike, the rear portion of the peg is down then in angles up towards the front, so looking at the right side from the side of the bike, you will see angle at which the peg is mounted and the pins holds it

-----------> front of bike
/

does this make sense

maybe take the peg and stick it next to your bike, maybe the visual will make my explanation less shitty lol

If I'm looking at the peg from the side, as if I was looking at the side of the bike, the mount angles like this \. So I guess it's the left? I thought I broke the left but like I said it was a LONG time ago. Sorry.

actually, depending on if you are looking at the peg or the pin that holds in, the angle is reversed, so to avoid confusion, i will post a pic of the left side and the right side

now you can see why i am looking for a stock pegs, that race pegs is worn out and hangs down quite a bit, the race peg that i have for the other side is real bad, your foot might slip off

Good thing you put the picture up cause this looks like a right one....I thought I broke the left. How's $15 +shipping? It even still has the curb feeler, I'll throw that in for free. :wink:
