Exhaust Heat Front and rear

Hi

Just making my hawk ready for the season, broke my arm 3 weeks ago, so got alot of time making it ready :-)

i changes oil. filter, plugs. it runs fine when i start it, also runs fine when i gas it up, so np there.

I tryed to measure the heat on the front and rear on the exit from the cylinder, on front it goes to arround 130 oC and on rear on arround 300 oC.

Is this right 130 and 300 ??? cant go out and drive it becouse of my arm, so dunno how it rides under pressure.

Jens.

not having a temp gun here i cant tell you what mine is, but that seems a little off. have you tried pulling the rear plug to see if the rear cylinder is running lean?
