CTTs & CAM sprockets

besides changing the OEM ccts to APE ones, can I also use Tsubaki cam chain available here: http://cbrzone.com/sprockets.html ?
And also the adjustable cam sprockets?

I can see that the ape ccts are available for VTR,but as far as the cam chain & cam sprockets are concerned, I couldn't see the VTR listed there.

Are the cam chains & sprockets from the site compatible with the VTR?

RCVTR is an unknown quantity at this point
If you elongate the mounting holes on the cam sprockets, they will become adjustable - free of charge.

I'm not sure why you would want an aftermarket cam chain. If the stock chain is badly stretched, the fixed sprocket on the crank is probably worn and a new chain might not run on it very well. Be careful.

I don't want aftermarket chain or adjustable sprockets, I'm fine with stock/oem ones.

I will definitely change the oem ccts soon with APE (I think, i'm still thinking if I shouldn't bother & put new stock/oem ccts)

But I was thinking if I change the ccts i might as well change the cam chain. But I think it's best to change the sprockets as well, if I change the chain, because of the different level of 'wear' between the used sprockets & new cam chain.

When do the APE ccts need to be checked & fiddled with? Once every xxxx miles/years/months etc?

I have yet to hear of anyone having to adjust the APEs once they are dialed in.. I am sure it happens, but usually they are a set it and forget it install.
