Crap pits in the crank

I had my crank resurfaced and there are a few pits on the crank pin near the oil hole. The pits are very shallow and only noticed when the pin was cleaned with contact cleaner.
How bad is that? Do I need a new crank?

I am no expert, but I don't like the sound of it.

I would have to see it. If it's small and not on the edge it'll hold oil and not bleed pressure off. I mean hell, you've already got a gigantic hole machined in it there anyways.
