Is It cct's Time?
For the past 2 months the bike has been sitting, I've had a problem with the bike not starting and finally I bought a starter clutch thinking this was the issue. Nope, When i replaced it it did the same thing, so i tore it back down and checked it out and the starter reduction gear was spinnig but the s clutch was not. The smaller gear that turns the s clutch was not spinning so i have to replace it now (I guess there is a break inbetween the two).
In the manual it says you have to remove the front cyl cam chain sprockets, So im going to have a valve job and the CCT's replaced (bike is at 27k miles)! My question is what type or brand of CCT's should i get that aren't overpriced and is this a good idea?

APE or the custom ones Truckinduc on here sells seem to be the way to go... I have the latter and are very happy with them. I have heard the APE version can seep a bit around the adjusting bolt otherwise folks seem happy with them.
