It's a very easy one.. look at it, if it is OEM stock Honda part then it is going to eventually fail.
There is no other test, no way to tell if it is about to go or not. They fail at random with no warning. (some at 2k, some at 200k)
So you can either replace it with new OEM ones regularly (general advice is at valve check intervals, but there is no set time), or once with manual ones.
