Hi I seem to have a rattle which starts when the engine gets warm. I think it nay be the cct although they were supposedly "Done" 5k ago.

Can anyone tell me if the weakness here is the actual adjuster runners or just the auto adjusters?

 

Do you have the Auto CCT's or the manual? If it's manual, you can adjust it, but the Auto have a spring that tends to fail, if that's the case i would rush and get it replaced before you loose valves and so on.
