BIKE WONT START.

Question: 22-year-old motorcycle starts and runs for 10min then stalls and won’t start. Months later, the motorcycle starts and runs for 10min then stalls and won’t start again. It is Not an electric issue the battery is holding a charge and clicks with a loud click.
Once and a while it will almost fire, but then it won't for days.

When in neutral the wheel hangs up ever 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn. Changed the oil back to the OEM oil because the shop I took it to said the OEM oil looked too thick. I was thinking that the oil for my motorcycle has to be thicker to avoid seizing. I am at a loss and need some help.

I have been told it may be that the carbs need to be cleaned and rebuilt.

I am open to any ideas before a drain the tank and open her up.

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem. Not sure what you mean about the rear wheel thing. Cold oil will cause clutch plates to be "sticky" until warmed up.

I had the same problem with mine running for a few minutes then stalling and not starting back up it ended up being a hole in the vacuum line going to the tank
