All gauges stopped working.
98 superhawk everything was going good riding into dr when I look down and all 3 gauges are not working speed/temp/temp and no neutral light or kickstand light. Sitting at dr office now wondering where to start to track down this problem. Anyone had this issue before?? Any suggestion would be great. Thanks

A digital volt meter is your friend that and a 12vdc test light.
Start with a key off battery voltage reading, then key on, then key on running.
Physically inspect the R/R charge wire plug this is often found melted due to high resistance.
If none of that is conclusive then you can move on to other inspections and tests.

Replace you regulator rectifier. Tons of info on here, and expect to get stranded soon if you keep riding.
Test voltage across the battery while bike off and bike running and report finds.
Assume your battery needs a charge and buy a float charger since you will need one as a bike owner anyway.

A failing RR will cause a whole slew of wacky issues. Turn signals, headlight, fuses, dead battery.
I have pulled over to help many bikers broken down and a bad RR is the issue more than all other issues combined. It happened to me twice, once had to push it for miles in 98* temps.
The funny thing is, everyone tries to push or jump the bike & tries to keep revving it to keep it from stalling but since its not chargiing that only makes it worse. (sucks more power for spark from an empty system).
Do the check of voltage across the battery running and not. Then rev it a bit to see what happens.
