does anyone have a good set of tensioners for sale or know where i can get a good deal on some just rebuilt my motor after i broke the cam and crank and my dumb *** put the old tensioners back on and im not sure they werent the prob in the first place after reading all the buzz about them im getting real nervous running these p.o.s

 

after they changed both cct I took it at a ride and the engine sounds like a clicking inside my front cylinder,they ve told me that the valves are Ok!
The idle is verry unstable and i hear sometimes carb farts!But when I ride it it s strong!What should be the problem?

 

APE CCTs are pretty common and highly regarded around here, set them up and forget about them. You can sometimes find them on ebay or go to Gary at overstockpartsgalore.com. Those are generally your best to places to find then at a reasonable cost.

Merlyn. I would try tightening your front CCT, it sounds like the chain might be a bit loose.
