I shopped around for the best price on braided brake lines and bought from racersupply .com. First they sent the wrong part (right package, wrong part in package). I didn't know it was the wrong part until I already had my brakes apart. So I emailed them about it and they wanted me to take pictures of it and send them to the manufacturer. I sent the item back and waited patiently. Then the manufacturer called me and said he'd have to "turn it over to a technician" . So I waited and waited and then finally wrote back to ask when I would get the part. They said they delivered it and "P.Orch" signed for it.

I reported it to PayPal, but they said that since 45 days had passed, they would not look into it. So what did I get for my patience? I got robbed $119.
