Welcome aboard. The project looks good. Could you get bigger pics up though? Its hard to see the detail. photobucket.com works for me. Then just paste the IMG code and you get big pics.

The only suggestion I have is to angle the lower pipe up for a more MotoGP look versus drag bike look.

May I ask how the rear suspension is going to compress? There's surely not enough clearance there between the tire and the exhaust.

Just had an idea. You are obviously trying to do something completely different from anything that has ever been done. Have you ever condsidered dual undertail exhuast like the 06-07 ZX10R has or the 6th Gen VFR? That would eliminate the wheel clearance issue.

There is a fella in the UK who installed a complete 06-07-ish R1 tailsection including exhaust to his VTR. The red matches almost perfectly and it looks killer, I think.

ok so the way i designed the rear of this bike i have adjustable linkage with the ball joint's whick allow's me around 90 degrees of adjustability on the seat so i can raise the tail as high or as low as i want and the exhaust which i know you were going to ask about next i made it with flexible exhaust tube and linked to the undertail so it moves with the seat
i like the look of one down low and thank's for the suggestion i'm gonna angle the bottom one up moto gt style getting it welded the rest of the way this weekend will keep you posted
