Would a RC30 swingarm work on the hawk? I was helping a guy put his 3rd RC back together and he said that he had an extra swingarm that I could have if I wanted. I would rather just ride one of his '30's then spend any more time working on mine. Just curious,

if i remember correctly no it wont.

you need a vfr800 swingarm.
i believe the rc30 pivot spans the full width
while the vfr800 is open in the middle like
the superhawk and rc51sp2 which can work also.

 

It is full width for the pivot. Good call. I think we are going to make another roller out of that bike (sans engine).

actually i am not doing a street fighter.
those lights were fog lights for my mustang.
im doing more of a twins racer type setup.
havent decided on bodywork yet though.
