clutch cover

the bike i recently purchased has some good rash on the clucth cover...are there any aftermarket covers or replacement pieces for the right side?

I don't know for sure but I doubt there are any aftermarket. I haven't seen any. I would guess that's because the waterpump and special seals are part of the design. Don't get it right and coolant/oil will mix! IOW, it's somewhat of a complex casting and not just a cover.

Go ahead and price one from your local dealer, I dare ya'. (snicker, snicker)

Hmm, 89 Euro is only about $115. Wow, when I was overseas a few years ago the exchange rate sucked alot worse then now. I guess it's getting better! Don't know about shipping these guys, but I guess if you were to get two of 'em it might almost be worth the $$, or EU in this case! Are you sure you can't find something local, or maybe even in Canada?
