I did this mod last fall and finally after getting some seat time this year it is a great and cheap mod to add some comfort for taller guys. I'm 6'1 and my quads would start to ache after about 100 miles on the stock pegs, now I can ride all day and my legs feel fine. It only drops your feet about and inch to an inch and a half but its a noticeable difference and feels like 6 inches. With this and superbike bars the VTR is a suprisingly comfortable touring bike.

St Paul Harley out of St Paul MN has the set for 27 bucks. Ordered it on Monday, $5.15 Priority Shipping and it was at my door on Friday(in Texas).
