Assistance requested in Factory pro shifter mod

Any one that has already installed the Factory Pro shifter star, arm and spring mod..
could you give me a heads up on what I need to do, remove, have to install this kit?
I just ordered one for my wifes Superhawk.

That is for just the detent arm, so in addition you'll have the clutch hub off, remove the old shift star and install the new one.

How about gaskets, etc?
I've got oil a filter coolant and clutch holder tool etc.
The web page mentions that the kit comes with a gasket.
Will I need anything from Honda?

Where did you get yours from? I've only seen "out of stock" in the places I've looked for the Shift kit.

Get them direct from Factory Pro. A little more expensive and be prepared for up to 6 months wait.
