Some add-on Stripes

Had a few last night and decided the Hawk needed some stripes and some black Dan Motos. What do you all think?

I like the stripes!
exhaust would look a million times better if you painted them gloss black instead of matte

Looks great! I'm partial to stripes too. Just finished a month and a half long project on mine. https://www.superhawkforum.com/forum...r-paint-30233/

Codeblue,
I am interested in painting my exhaust high-gloss black, but I can not find that paint anywhere. The only option that I know of is the Jet-hot coating that Hawkrider uses. If there is another solution, please let me know. I do have a powder-coating oven, but the powder that I use cures at 450, so I am not sure what the headers would do to that paint if I attempted it.....

Thanks for the comments. I was going to go with gloss back pipes but I really do like the flat back pipes with the colors on the bike.

Looks good! nice job on the body work too, one thing I hate as much as electrical work is body work.

So the VHT High Gloss that you pointed me to says 900 degrees. How hot do our headers get? For some reason I thought it was around 1100?

I have a feeling you are looking for gloss black paint, but the stuff I used on my mids and cans is called Flame Proof VHT and ranges from 1300-2000°F or (704-1093°C) so I would imagine you could find some gloss stuff.
