Sharkskinz lower back from paint shop

I just picked it up earlier and it looks sweet. I finally settled on matching the upper part in the same dark blue (avail. Firestorm models only I beleive, a very fast colour btw, lol) as stock and a small black section on the very bottom. I am now chomping at teh bit to install it but, as fate would have it, teh guy forgot to include the mounting bracket that I had sent with the lower (and should have removed, I know....Murphy's law in practice). I will post pics as soon as I get it installed.

cheers

Well, I got the lower on and the colour match is awesome. Installation was fairly easy other than trying to get that one little bracket on (had to do some fiddling to figure out a way to keep it in position as I tightened it, that was the longest part of the job). The black bottom portion looks good too but is quite subtle. Overall the bike looks real nice now, overall quite a change from last year (high-mounted the pipes, painted the rad grills and "parking light", colour striping on wheels, undertail, bra, painted levers). I will take pics on the weekend and post soon.

That'll be it for mods for this year. I ended up doing more and spending more than I had originally set out to do (famous last words, lol). I had a weld let go on hte inside of my one Micron can too so I had to get that welded and all is ok now so bke should be all set for hte rest of the summer.

cheers

I know, lol The problem is I can take pics right now but I need to reduce the resolution so I can post them, so I will get that done at work on Monday.

Never heard that saying. And you're from Montreal? Not originally, I'd venture to say. Maybe Kentucky or W. Virginia? hehe

HI Greg,

although I now live in Montreal I am originally from Northern Ontario (a real Canadian eh!). Stick around though, I have a million others (expressions). You see, I learned long ago that if you want to bark with the big dogs you have get off the porch

cheers
