Whats the best setup for the highmount exhaust and still retain the passenger pegs what have you guys used I have the Jardine and the stockpegs will work but I know there is a better setup out there.

Thanks have to keep the other half happy you know or you get this at least she knows you did not give someone else a ride.

Stumpy, when I first assembled my Superhawk at the tail end of my winter rebuild I used the long bolts and spacers from Jardine and put the pegs back on. After looking at it for two days I just could NOT stand the way they looked and removed them. It looked too wide in the *** with the pegs hangin' way out there. If there was enough room and you could have the mid come up inside the peg bracket it would look a lot better. However, because the Jardines are so long they would stick way out the back end. I did this on my VFR and it worked great but I used one of the D&D's that I got from Calitoz for the Superhawk to ditch the VFR stocker.

I have Micron high-mounts and went another route altogether. I bought passenger pegs for a ZX-9 and cut off the pipe mount. I then installed them by using deep 13 mm sockets as spacers and bingo! You can see the results in my gallery pics. A bit unorthodox I know, but it works (and cost me all of $10 for the pegs, plus 4 cheap sockets).
