This may be totally off the wall - does anyone change the color of their hawk depending on their mood?
Seems like a quick change over to have another tank, fairing and rear plastic in another color.
Yellow to red if I felt like it.
The parts are cheap enough if you wait for your opportunity on ebay or on this forum.
Anyone?

 

Ha. I could do it if I wanted. I could make 2 monoque body's instead of 1. With the pull of a pin I could change them. Would take under a minute to swap them.

Cheap? Not by my standards, even at ebay prices. I'm pretty picky about the condition of my bikes so genererally speaking I try not to run rashed up fairings on my bike whenever I can. And a decent tank will run you $250 at ebay prices. And then don't forget about the petcock and level sensor.
