I always liked the old school tails (one in white below) of the CBR900RR. I think the side "vent" would match the looks of the radiator vents on the SH fairing. Who knows though. Would be neat to see it tried....

just havent decided on the fairing.
stock fairing wont fit with mods i have made and have planned.
the whole scheme is more race oriented.

Damn that bike is SEXY!
I guess it would help us visulize if we had a pic of what your bike looks like now. Hard to imagine that swoopy tail with the SH fairings but I think it would look good as a fighter/racer. Maybe a photochop is in order.

Aww hell yeah man it would look good on there IMHO. Nice build BTW!
Your bike reminds me of this guys bike because of the painted/PC'd frame and red/black theme ....

looking at the tail that you want to do, i would have to say that the subframe will never work. It will be difficult finding a location for the battery and the electronics, as they need some room. Another tail section that you may like is the Suzuki gp bikes. I would look to the higher displacement models of any brand as the tails will be a little larger and closer to matching the size of the shawk. The rs tails are SO small.
