New SuperHawk Owner

Hey everyone!

[align=left:e17d2f6102]Add one more yellow 2000 SuperHawk to the list of bikes around here. Picked it up about a month ago and have been enjoying every minute on it. Here are a couple pics:[/align:e17d2f6102]

Full Pic

The previous owner did the D&Ds, K&N and rejet and the sound is one of the things that sold me on the bike, since I love the single-pin V-Twin rumble.

D&Ds

I'm will be looking to add GenMar risers or helibars pretty soon and may do some custom paint next winter to compliment the great yellow. The only other thing I have done at this point is cut off the rear fender to clean up the rear end a bit.

So far I have to thank you all for the 1-spline shifter mod. Doing that and switching to Shell Rotella-T have made a HUGE difference in reducing the first to second clunk.

Anyway, just thought I'd say hi. Hope to contribute more to the forum.

Ride safe!

Welcome Aboard

Glad you liked the shifter spline mod, so simple, no bucks required, huge difference in the shifting.

Nice bike, but red is faster
