Got a new bike

not a honda but badass none the less




its a low mile 2005 R1
has grave's ti exhaust, velocity stacks, filter, PC, smog delete, arata rearsets, ohlins dampner, and some other cosmetic stuff

bikes a total blast, a monster around 13k rpms and 150mph full tilt

actually i dont know if i ever posted pics of the superchicken

oh dont worry, it wont get neglected, its getting torn down a litte in preparation for a trip, LA-ish area to vancouver

Im making the seat with atomic foam, and machine a set of billet bars, similar to convertibars, among other things for the bike

correct, if you can do the work or have a friend that can (like i do:smile: ) it is MUCH cheaper than just buying a new seat

I love that R1 I almost bought a red 04 just like it but it had the hot bodies under tail exhaust. congrats glad to see you kept the hawk to!!!

Nice bike. I have to concur with Cobra, however, in that I prefer the looks of the pre-2004 models (especially the 02-03 version).
