There was a tank on egay the other day that had one small dent in it. I haven't been on lately so I don't know if it's still there. Otherwise - not too bad? Any apparent internal damage? Clutch, tranny, starter, leaking fluids? It really doesn't look that bad. 1800 coin ain't bad either!

No internal damage at all to my knowledge...it fell out of his pickup while unloading it 2 months ago in the snow.(the guy was just moved from Arizona) i guess he didnt realize how slipper snow was..so it only has cosmetic from what i can see...runs smooth, not ticks, clunks or squeals..im having the mechanics go through it at work to(i work at a honda shop)

I'll bet that dude feels like an idiot! What a downer for him. Too bad it wasn't a Ducati Oh, well, if you work for the dealership you can get this fixed up really well. The tank will be the biggest bugger but if you're patient even that will work out.

$1800? I'll buy it. Where do I send the check? Oh wait, I all ready have one, damn.
Paint? I went with with gloss black; absorbs all the light spectrum making you the fastest. Red is next, of course. After that, suspension, brake, exhaust, and comfort mods are what I recommend so you can enjoy THAT motor to it's full strength all day long.

If the guy thought enough of his bike to move it a thousand miles it couldn't have been that bad to begin with. He was probably like Lou was when he dropped his. He felt so bad all he wanted to do was off it. I feel sorry for the guy because I would feel the same way especially if I got it all the way there only to drop it in the snow

Looks good! Was nice to see it in person and meet you today...look forward to seeing how it looks when you're done with it.
Bummer about my tank...that would have worked perfect for you if they didn't have to give it back to Honda.

Ya tough break about your leaking tank...i might see if i can send mine back instead and just paint it before hand..hehehe..but we'll see. The guys in the shop said that a fuel tank leak like that is really uncommon, its just a downer that you cant ride this week.
