These look like CBR1000 RR mirrors.

I would ask, what is the extended windscreen? Looks very effective.

GSX-R 750/1000 '06 thru '11 or so. Used mounts from a set of FZ1 (Fazer?) mirrors (china copies) as they have the same bolt spacing as stock. There is some adjustment of the mating surfaces of the Gixer mirror stalks and the FZ1 mounts to get the angle right. Used short pieces of lamp nipples (hollow threaded rod) to fasten the mirrors and mounts together to allow the wire to feed up into the mirror stalk. Also a two to three wire mod has to be done if your turns in the faring are also running lights and you want the mirror lights to be both running and turns. A small hole has to be drilled in the faring (hidden by the stock boot, which works for the set up) for the wire. I have some quite bright amber LED bulbs in there the and bike is much more visible head on.

Much better than stock. Still not perfect. Have been thinking about an MRA Touring screen, but not sure it would be any better than what I have now. I'm not willing to take the $$$ gamble right now.

I have the MRA, but ended cutting it a bit lower by about an inch and a half, didn't like the buffeting. Now it's working perfectly, though I must say it really depends on your highet and your riding position, very individual in other words. I do like your setup as well, looks like that may work well.

Not sluggish, but certainly not normal. The guy I was riding with said the exhaust was a bit smelly.
I can tell a difference dropping just 1000' from where I usually ride (5000') Oh to have FI.

Did anyone ever succeeded to build a working FI for the SH?

Someone in Australia was. Don’t remember the details.
I wonder how much of a performance drop there would be using FI from a Varadero.
