VJMC meet in Pa.
Not really a group ride but the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club is having a show August 19, 20 and 21. at the White Rose Club in Jefferson, Pa. Bike show, swap meet, etc. if anyone's interested. I'll be there Sunday for the first ride on my newly legal Superhawk. P.S. They say it's the largest all Japanese meet on the East Coast. That's gotta be worth something, huh?

The area is only minutes from Hanover, Pa. A short ride from Baltimore, Md. or a bit longer from York, Pa. I think Hanover would be your best bet for a hotel. I'll be wearing a SUPERHAWK FORUM t-shirt on Sunday.

No, you're correct. It was a bust. In Baltimore, it was raining so hard when I left, I took the car up. I did go in but couldn't find anything other than some Honda jacket patches to interest me. Cool patches, though. Then, of course, it rained here all afternoon. Wasn't the Sport touring ride in Carlisle yesterday?

I didn't go based on the weather forecast, and I'm glad I didn't. Most of 'em got wet. I'm not into ridding in the rain. It doesn't bother them guys in the least. They stop, open up all their top cases/bags, slip on the rain gear & ride. If I get caught, I bee-line for home.
