Looks fishy. I bet that person's ebay account was hijacked. Pre-approved buyers only sounds like a scam...

I am about 10-20 minutes (depending on traffic) from Welcome, NC.. THis HAS to be a scam.. I almost got taken by one of these (a boat) earlier this year.

It has to be a scam because: IF you can log into ebay to LIST an item, then you CAN check your messages.. If you dont have internet access to get to ebay, then HOW can you get to hotmail?

Has to be a scam...no way around it. When you ask seller a question it forwards it to your regular email account. So he can get the message.
