Where Do I Get Parts

Superhawk is really hard to shop for. Could somebody please help me out on where to get little things like rear sets and sliders and such. Any input is appreciated.

Have you tried Google? Try the first two links. I'm sure there are more vendors and manufacturers

superhawk22 is an unknown quantity at this point
Someone just posted a link for some sliders made by T-REX for $70 which is the cheapest price I've seen for sliders for the SH. I own stands made by T-REX and the quality is high. I have Harris rear sets and I believe they still make them but not 100% sure do a search and ask who comes up. Gillies also makes nice rear sets as well I think you can still get those at widhare. Another place to get some nice stuff is thurn motor sports but they're in Germany so you do have to wait a bit scroll down for English,(unless you know German).

Wait a minute....I thought you were selling?

Motivation sells sliders for $56. I know someone just posted a picture with Motivations installed. Granted, you have to cut the frame as it's a frame bolt-on, but my limited knowledge of physics and alloy strength says that's the way to go.

Cut the frame or fairing? I don't recommend cutting the frame if that's what you meant. I know more than a few racers that have gone down with the no cut sliders without issue.

Thanks

Let me just say how cool it is to be on these forums cause you get such good feedback. Thanks to all of you for the assistance and I am sure in the future if I ever need anything else, my fellow SH'ers will be around. Thanks again. Rubber down

Order the catalog from Chaparral. They have a few items listed.

That's what I thought, I was thinking to myself, hmm I thought they were to protect the frame. NP
