I guess its time

In mid 2017 I started this thread of "What have you NOT done to your VTR" as a running joke on myself for all the parts and projects on hand, but not done i had lined up for the bike.

Here we are in May 2018...and a pair of damaged wires and missed bike night got me motivated.
Wiring repaired..... but hey, might as well get them new radiators installed... oh and since new coolant is needed, and an oil change .. You have that new Factory Pro micro bearing detent arm to replace the standard bearing one. And that flywheel on the lathe….it would look better on your crank case replacing the 5lb one in there now.. Hey the bike is on the lift and stands…..might as well pull the forks and get that new valve, SKF green stripe seals and the fork brace on. And as long as plastic if off, lets mold up a new mount for the inner fairing part that got broken off last year when you hit the deer.
Has to all be done and road tested by Sat as Im riding up to my wife’s place of work 240 miles and escort her home. I love a dead line,,,,,,work better that way.

I should start a running list to motivate myself. I bought PAIR plates oh, at least 5 years ago... and Jack Flash fuel screws probably 2-3 years ago
PAIR delete
JF screws
Clean my K&N
Set TPS to 500
Do something about my terrible fork situation. I need to fund a JD valve kit

What else can I add to the list...
