So does this make us famous? I mean, they basically said that this forum kicks ***. That's what I got out of it anyway . . .

I already knew this to be true. Nice to see it confirmed by someone "authoritative".

That is no average 140 lb Japanese rider.

The 140 lb Japanese rider must have lightening quick reflexes to pull the 11.03 second 1/4 miles and must be very aerodynamic too, to hit 155 mph.

Funny, the guy that called me about my "For Sale" ad for my Superhawk mentioned this last night. He said he was interested in the bike and googled it. This popped up and he was all excited about calling me to buy it. THANKS CYCLEWORLD!

I tried googling it and found nothing...but this dude mentioned it.

Well sorry but both of your points are not quite true......

Back when they were doing the 1\4 mile tests the riders comments were that the bike could do a better time except that is was almost impossible to get a good launch. Between the clutch not wanting to slip and even with stock gearing the bike wants to stand straight up, that was all the could get out of it, but not many here have bought the bike to drag race, so that is not a big deal.

As for the top speed, well I'm far from aerodynamic myself but have still had the bike to it's top speed a couple of times......

Ride all day without needing Ibuprofen? Maybe not a six pack, but some kind of relief is needed, at least for me. Multiple days? argh!

Hi y'all ... haven't been here in a while.
