So Long Y'all
I've been thinking about it for a while now.
I've pretty much said everything I can say, and probably way too much at that.
This has been a good outlet for me to keep in touch with a bunch of fellow enthusiasts. But since I don't have a ride, it's getting kind of pointless.
Sorry if my presence has been excessive. Hopefully some of it has been good and helpful. I know for me, it has helped me to improve my understanding of the way things work and don't work. I have enjoyed it.
Maybe I'll be back (I'm sure I will) when I have somthing new to show off.
Be safe and enjoy the ride!

Thanks all.
I'll still be lurking around from time to time.
I just find that I get too involved in the discussions, so I need to cut it out and let other people add their valuable input. I'm glad I've been able to help out. Maybe not help out, but provide a technical look at things from a perspective that other people may not have. I'm fascinated by it all!
I'm getting deeply invlolved in unravelling the mysteries of suspension and chassis tuning. Making a lot of progress - actually learning a lot from tunig my mt. bike suspension. It is highly tunable and I've got it now where I can roll over baby head rocks at high speed like they're not there. It's a far cry from the old hardtail days.
My RC51 is on the way. Collecting bits and making payments. I have an agreement with the boss that it won't go in the garage until next winter. Even at that, it's going to be an ongoing battle. She understands my technical fascination at some rudimentary level, but motorcycles are not present among our inner circle of friends. they scare her to death. But there's only so much I can do about that...

Didn't you check out of here about a year ago?
I'm with the other guys--I look forward to your posts because they're always informative and thought provoking. You, Hawkrider and a couple of others are my favorite posters here.

I haven't been around long, but I agree. Some of us newer to bikes can use your experience. No point in us trying it if it failed for someone else.

All right. I appreciate the response.
I'll try to cut back without stopping completely. I've been learning and figuring out some pretty cool stuff. I'll toss some of it out there, once in a while.
